If you have any health or injury issues, please contact Jane prior to the class.

You don't need to be super fit or bendy and the class is suitable for most abilities.  

You do need to be over 18 (or over 16 if attending with a parent). This class is not suitable for pregnant women.

Due to the current situation with the corona virus, I am cancelling classes for the next few weeks until the situation starts to improve.
